Bucket elevators

Our product portfolio includes a wide range of bucket elevators for vertical conveying of bulk materials in the industrial or agricultural sector. Bucket elevators are ideally suited for many applications due to their low material load and high conveying capacity of up to 200 t/h. Typical areas of application are agriculture, the plastics industry and food processing. The properties of the bulk material can be coarse grained, powdery, difficult or easy flowing.

We supply bucket elevators in welded design with conveying capacities of 6 – 200 t/h for single elevators and 12 – 40 t/h for double elevators (measured at a bulk density of 0.75 t/m³). At the double elevators, the conveying lines are structurally separated so that parallel conveying of different bulk materials is possible. Our bucket elevators have a modular design and can be used up to a total height of 30 m as standard, depending on the required conveying capacity. We will be pleased to offer you higher elevators on request. Furthermore, various safety devices such as speed monitoring and bearing temperature monitoring can be integrated into the system. All elevators are equipped with a discharge slide in the lower part for emptying residual material and can therefore be used for different materials which can be sorted.

For use in explosive areas, we can offer pressure shock resistant bucket elevators that are designed according to the existing ATEX zone and the expected reduced maximum explosion overpressure.
