Tubular screw conveyors (augers) are characterized by their compact and cost-effective design. They can be used flexibly to convey any bulk material as spreading, dosing, receiving or discharging screws. The tubular screw conveyors can be installed horizontally, with inclination or vertically. This wide range of applications means that tubular screws are used in agriculture, the feed, plastics and food industries, and in breweries.
We supply tubular screws up to a diameter of 200 mm as standard. The conveying capacity is 4 – 48 t/h (bulk density 0.75 t/m³) and a maximum conveying length of 12 m. Larger diameters, conveying distances and capacities are available on request. You can also order special reinforced versions for continuous industrial use, tubular screws made of stainless steel for the food industry or mobile pusher screws. A variety of inlet and outlet variants are possible, so that we can offer the right solution for every application. Our tubular screw conveyors are driven by a directly coupled three-phase motor or geared motor, so that the re-tensioning, slipping or wear of a V-belt is completely eliminated.
